In the unlikely event that we have to cancel activities, we will refund you or reschedule your visit to us. Activities sometimes have to be cancelled due to exceptionally cold weather (when the temperature is below freezing) or during thunderstorms (in which case we will refund or reschedule).

If you wish to cancel a booking with us, our cancellation policy is straightforward and clear.

If you have added our Booking Protection Fee to your purchase, you will be able to cancel right up to the start time of your activity with us - meaning that you don't lose your money, even if you have a problem on the way to us. (In exceptional circumstances, we will also refund if you contact us after your visit to us should have taken place - for example, if you were in hospital, had an accident or broke down en route or experienced some other unforeseen problem – please note, proof of incapacity may be required).

Please note that we are an all weather provider - we are open when it's raining. It is safe and enjoyable if you wear the right clothing, however we appreciate that not all clients will want to go ahead. If you wish to cancel a booking with less than 24 hours notice because it's raining, we will not be able to refund or reschedule your booking unless you have addded our Booking Protection Fee to your purchase
