Do something different for your birthday party - challenge your friends and see who can conquer our adrenaline fuelled activities.

Childrens Birthday packages: Our birthday packages are for a mimimum of 9 children including the birthday child and include 2-2.5 hours of ropes course activity, The Climbing Wall, The Jump Zone and The Big Zip. We recommend that our childrens birthday parties are suitable for children aged 6-12. Above this age they would probably enjoy coming with a small group of friends, where they can all attempt as many of our courses as they feel able.

We supply a dedicated member of staff to make sure your party runs smoothly, although your instructor will not be on the activities with you. Adults can join in too for the same price.

Please note that we encourage children to try all our activities but we operate Challenge by Choice. We do not force children to do something that they do not want to do. If any child chooses not to participate in a particular activity, then he or she will be returned to the adults accompanying that group. Children will not be allowed to start another course if there is less than 20 minutes to go before the end of the party.

We may split large party groups into several smaller groups, with each doing a different activity to avoid long queues. If you would prefer your group to stay together then smaller numbers are better. We aim to keep queues to a minimum but please be aware that there may be a wait for some activities.

Typically a party will consist of children attempting:

The Induction course, The Green (low level) course, The Climbing Wall, and a choice of The Big Zip or The Fan Descender.

Depending on the age and ability of the children attending they may also be able to attempt some of our higher level courses.

Childrens parties £11 per person (Birthday child goes free).

Youth Parties £15 per person (Birthday Child goes free).

Food: Party food is provided for us by the Canteen in the Secret Nuclear Bunker. Meal choices are those most popular with children - sausages, nuggets, fish fingers, burgers etc, all with chips and/or beans. Squash is provided on the table. Dessert is not included as most parents bring cake. Please speak to us if you would like dessert options. Please be aware that there may be other parties going on in the party room at the same time as yours. Food is only available for parties of 9 or more and costs £4.50 per person (all meals must be paid for including the Birthday child). Additional meals can be ordered for siblings etc.

Adult Parties: Our courses are proving very popular with adults wanting to celebrate a "special" birthday. Whether your party is just for adults or a familly event including children our team will make sure you have a great time at Rope Runners. Prices vary -please speak to us for more informaton.
